Q. I have found a bug in the program, what should I do?
A. Please report any bugs you find. All bug reports will be treated with priority, even small problems. To send a bug report, click here to send emails to support@crysnet.com. Please use "Bug report for Bandwidth Manager" as the subject, also please include the version of Bandwidth Manager you are using, and a brief description of the problem. You do not have to purchase a license of the program to be allowed to file a bug report. Please feel free to add suggestions also.

Q. Will you ever support any operating system besides Windows 2000 and XP?
A. We support Windows 2000, Windows 2000 Server, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server. We do not have any official plans to support Windows NT, 9x and ME. We may, however, add support in future versions.

Q. I am trying to connect to the bandwidth manager service, but get a message like no response from service.
A. Try the following: Disable your firewall if it is installed or open the TCP port 6211 for Bandwidth Manager service. Windows XP SP2 users have the system firewall enabled by default. Make sure that you have installed the bandwidth manager service on this PC and the service is running. The service starts automatically when system reboot. However, you can start it from the Administrative Tools - Services control panel applet. Look for any error messages in the log.txt file located in the installation directory.

Q. Is your bandwidth manager compatible with the Microsoft ISA Server?
A. Yes, Crysnet Bandwidth Manager is compatible with network applications and tools, like Microsoft ISA Server, Microsoft Proxy Server, ICS (Internet Connection Sharing), Network Bridge, WinGate.

Q. May I control my network remotely?
A. Yes, you can use the GUI to connect to Crysnet Bandwidth Manager service remotely. If the machine running the service is behind a firewall or NAT device, please open the TCP port 6211 so that the connection can be established.

Q. Is your online order form secure?
A. Yes, it is 100% secure.

Q. What happens after I send in the order?
A. You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after sending the online order form. Then, within 24 hours, you will receive a second email with your license information and installation instruction!
